Project FAQ
What is crowdfunding?
A crowdfund portal is the funding instrument that allows investors to make debt or equity investments in opportunities that were historically difficult to access. Thanks to the Regulation Crowdfunding rules promulgated by the SEC under the JOBs Act, a crowdfunding portal can create a community revolving around its web-based investment platform geared towards making investing in real estate easier for more investors.
The crowdfund is open accredited and non-accredited investors, philanthropic investors, donors, and foundations. The portal has a minimum investment of $150 per month, a return of 2- 3% at maturity, and a three-to-seven-year term.
